By installing or using the 4AIs Android application, or by accessing the website at 4ais.in, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not install or use the service.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding contract. The service is not designed for, and is not directed at, children.
4AIs is an Android application that runs a local AI agent on your device. The agent can read your screen via the Android Accessibility Service and perform actions (tapping, typing, scrolling, launching apps) on your behalf. The agent uses third-party AI providers (NVIDIA NIM, AWS Bedrock) to generate its responses. Their terms and privacy policies also apply to the data they receive.
You agree NOT to use 4AIs to:
We may suspend or terminate your access immediately if we believe you have violated this clause.
You authorise the agent to act on your behalf within the apps you grant it access to. Any action the agent takes — sending a message, making a payment, posting content, deleting a file — is treated as your action for all legal purposes. You are solely responsible for the consequences. We strongly recommend you leave the auto-approve setting OFF for any actions involving money, messaging, or destructive operations; even with auto-approve on, the app always prompts for such actions, but you remain responsible if you approve.
The agent's responses are generated by NVIDIA NIM models or AWS Bedrock models routed through our proxy. We do not control, do not warrant, and are not liable for the content of those responses. AI models can be wrong, biased, or unsafe; treat their output as advisory, not authoritative.
If you supply your own provider API key, you are solely responsible for it: for its safekeeping, for any usage charges, and for compliance with the provider's terms. We store it locally on your device in Android Keystore-backed encrypted storage.
The service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, accurate, or free of errors.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event will we be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the service. Our total aggregate liability for any direct damages is limited to ₹1,000 (one thousand Indian Rupees).
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claim, demand, or damages arising out of your use of the service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.
We may change the service, these Terms, or the pricing structure at any time. Material changes will be posted here with a new effective date. Continued use of the service after a change means you accept the new terms.
You may stop using the service at any time. You can delete your data and account from Settings → Privacy. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the service.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka, India. Nothing in this clause limits any consumer right you have under mandatory local law.
